See. I have seen in Club penguin you can type messages and pops above your head. Why can’t I?

  1. there is a type bar at the bottom that you can type in, then you press enter when you are finished typing

  2. Well they do not allow you to press enter anymore!
    It is either because you are in a world with safe chat(with those white bubles next to them) or you just put ultimate safe chat on! You must put standard on it then write in that blue box!
